The goal of the Stop Cop Nation Working Group is to build mi litant abolitionist knowledge and organizing in the DSA chapter and the Ea st Bay\, specific to our communities. We host skill-sharing and political education events centered on radical anti-carceral organizing history and skills for today’s organizers\, provide mutual aid in Oakland for our ho useless community members\, and have prison letter-writing nights for near by carceral sites and U.S. political prisoners. We partner with other mili tant Bay Area abolitionist organizations to build relationships and streng then East Bay DSA’s abolitionist organizing capacity.
